There’s no better way to appreciate the wealth of transferable skills that Reservists gain than to see them in action. This is why the Employers Visits programme was set up.
This programme enables senior employers from both public and private sector organisations to visit operational and training locations where the Reserve Forces play key roles and develop their skills.
