Mark is the Regional Campaign Director in Greater London. A former Royal Marines officer, Mark has over 20 years experience in buying and account management with Sainsbury's, County Dairies, Pasta Foods, The Cheese Company, British Bakeries and United Biscuits.

SaBRE Certificates of Support
The past year has seen a continuing demand for SaBRE Certificates of Support. And in fact over 100 have been awarded.
The certificates are issued under the signature of the Secretary of State for Defence and the Chief of the Defence Staff and are awarded to organisations who meet the criteria of Supportive Employers. They can be shown to employees, customers and suppliers to demonstrate support for employees who are or may become Reservists.

Regional Employer Support Advisory Group
The Regional Employer Advisory Support Group (RESAG) consists of London employers, employers’ organizations and service representatives. It considers issues that arise from the employment of Reservists. The RESAG includes London representatives from the National Employer Advisory Board (NEAB), the body which advises the Secretary of State of Defence on issues surrounding the employment of Reservists.
Richard Boggis-Rolfe has been appointed the new Chairman of NEAB. Mr Boggis-Rolfe is the Chief Executive of Odgers Berndtson, the international recruitment company.
