Susan Flintoff
Susan delivers the SaBRE Campaign in the Lowlands of Scotland. Prior to taking up this role, Susan worked for several major financial institutions. A serving Lieutenant in the Royal Naval Reserve, Susan has worked full time with the Royal Navy and understands the pressures Reservists face when balancing work, family life and a military career.

Edinburgh Castle employer event
Reservist employers from across Scotland were treated to a evening reception in The Great Hall of Edinburgh Castle. The recognition event, organised by Lowland and Highland RFCA and SaBRE, was to thank employers for their support of their Reservists over the past year. Major General Shaw, General Officer Commanding 2 Division, presented employers with certificates on behalf of the Secretary of State for Defence and Keith Brown MSP, Minister for Housing and Transport, spoke to the gathering about the value of Reservists in the workplace and the additional skills and training they bring to employers through their military service.
