SaBRE was set up by the Ministry of Defence (MOD) to enhance the relationship between employers and Reservists. Many employers have pledged their support and several industry bodies have also worked with SaBRE to help employers improve awareness and develop a better understanding of the benefits and obligations associated with employing members of the Reserve Forces.
