If your Reservist chooses to continue with their company pension scheme (a Reservist has a few other options available to them at the point of mobilisation, such as paying into a military cheme) then the Ministry of Defence (MOD) will pay your employer contributions and will deduct the Reservist's contribution from their military wage.
