Mobilisation, whether compulsory or through intelligent selection, is always confirmed by the issue of a call-out order and supporting documentary information.

However, your Unit Commanding Officer might contact you informally in advance to find out how you - and your employer - would feel about compulsory mobilisation. You should not take any action until the call-out order arrives.
