As the Reserve Forces change to meet the challenges of tomorrow, SaBRE is evolving with them. Following the recent Review of the Reserves, we've made some important changes to the SaBRE brand and website, our aim being to make our advice on Reservist matters more accessible.
With this goal in mind, we have changed the tonality and design of the website as well as adding some important new features. You'll find new content and a host of useful tools, including HR policy templates and a step-by-step mobilisation guide.
We have also upgraded the section of our site that lists employers who publicly support Reservists. Once listed, your company has a far greater likelihood of being sought out by prospective Reservist employees. You can also use it to see how many businesses similar to yours have already publicly pledged their support.
