SaBRE (Supporting Britain's Reservists & Employers) has teamed up with Monster, the UK's leading career management and recruitment website, to develop new advice for members of the Reserve Forces.
The advice takes the form of videos and factsheets that cover subjects such as job interviews, asking for time off for training and discussing mobilisation.
Commenting on the collaboration, Tim Corry, SaBRE's Director, said:
Approaching managers about Reservist commitments can be tricky, particularly in the current economic climate. Teaming up with Monster, we have developed a range of materials to help guide Reservists through those conversations. We hope Reservists will find them useful throughout their civilian and military careers."
